Ohio - Dayton/Miami Valley Region

  1. Licensing Requirements:

    Be at least 18 years of age
    Be a high school graduate or the holder of an equivalency degree (GED)
    Must be sponsored by an Ohio Real Estate Broker
    Successfully complete a 120-hour pre-licensing course
    Pass a state licensing examination
    Not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. Not have violated any civil rights laws regarding real estate within the past two years as determined by a Court of law or violated any rules of the Ohio Division of Real Estate.

  2. Where can I take the pre-license course?

    In addition to the schools listed below, there are other institutions that offer the courses you will need. As a company, we do not endorse any one over the other. Costs and course schedules will vary.
